Cowper Campbell offers its team flexibility in their working arrangements. A number of us work or have worked flexible or reduced hours in order to accommodate family and other commitments. We think this flexibility makes us more efficient and more enthusiastic about the working part of our lives.

In 2007, the Cowper Campbell team raised $3,341 for Oxfam by completing the Oxfam Trailwalk at Taupo. Janette, Sarah, Brandon and Mike all walked 100 kms over farmland, roads and reserves in a little over 26 hours non stop (8 am Saturday to 10:23am Sunday). The walkers were tirelessly supported by Ian, Emona, friends and family who fed, watered, rubbed, acupunctured and encouraged them through one very long day!

Cowper Campbell has provided pro bono legal assistance to the Environmental Defence Society, the Auckland Tree Council and the Royal New Zealand Forest & Bird Protection Society on a range of environmental issues.
